The original Cactus Canyon pinball machine has historical significance, as it was the last traditional style pinball machine created by Bally / Williams. They moved on to the short-lived Pinball 2000 platform afterwards, before closing their pinball creation division.

Less than 1000 of the original game were created, as they decided to stop production and move to the Pin2K model, so spotting one of the originals in the wild is always fun.
